Abandonment clause
If the tenant leaves the property for seven days without notifying the landlord, it is considered abandonment and a breach of the lease. The landlord may inspect the property with 24 hours' notice if abandonment is suspected.

Guest occupancy limitation
Guests may only stay on the property for a maximum of 48 hours. Longer stays could be considered a lease violation.

Late fee provision
The tenant may be charged late fees for overdue rent payments according to the terms specified in Section 6 and subject to state law grace periods. Fees may be a fixed amount per occurrence, per day, or calculated as interest.
